Introducing the Jabsco 28520-4105, a high-performance pump head kit designed to meet the IEC 71 standard D100 frame motor specifications. This model features wetted parts made from durable AISI 316 stainless steel and is equipped with a neoprene impeller, ensuring longevity and reliable operation.

The pump boasts 2" RJT (BS1864) ports and has dimensions of approximately 193mm in length and 160mm in width. It delivers an output of up to 330 litres per minute at 3 meters head with a 1500 RPM motor, and supports a maximum differential pressure of 1 bar. The unit offers clean-in-place or easy strip-to-clean options, and a long-life mechanical shaft seal for enhanced performance.

Suitable for various applications across the Food, Dairy, Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical, and Beverage industries, this pump is ideal for transfer, filling, emptying, recirculating, mixing, injection, or sampling tasks. It can handle both soft and hard solids and manage viscosities up to 50,000 cP. The pump is self-priming up to 6 meters and supports IDF, SMS, DIN, 3A, and clamp port types.
