The Jabsco 28440-2115 is a robust and versatile pump head kit designed for industrial applications. Engineered to fit IEC 71 standard D90 frame motors, this pump head features durable AISI 316 stainless steel wetted parts, complemented by a neoprene impeller and nitrile seal trim for enhanced performance and longevity.
With 1.5" BSP ports, the pump head measures approximately 167mm in length, 174mm in width, and 140mm in height. It provides an impressive output of up to 170 litres per minute at a 3-meter head and 1500 RPM, with a maximum differential pressure of 1.4 bar. The chemical-resistant stainless steel parts ensure reliability when handling abrasive suspensions, slurries, soaps, foaming solutions, inks, dyes, paints, and viscous adhesives.
This pump head is suitable for a variety of tasks including transfer, filling, emptying, recirculating, mixing, injection, or sampling. It can manage both soft and hard solids and handle viscosities up to 50,000 cP. It is self-priming up to 5 meters and comes with options for different impeller compounds and seal materials.
