Jabsco 28420-4115C - 1 1/2" P200 'Pureflo' Hygienic Self-Priming Flexible Impeller Motor Pump Unit
The Jabsco 28420-4115C is a highly efficient and versatile pump unit designed for hygienic applications. Equipped with a robust 230v/1 phase/50Hz electric motor running at 1420rpm, this pump ensures reliable performance across various industries.
The pump features AISI 316 stainless steel wetted parts and a neoprene impeller, providing durability and resistance to corrosion. It includes 1 1/2" RJT (BS1864) ports and measures approximately 467mm in length, 240mm in width, and 210mm in height. With a motor power of 1.5kW, it can deliver up to 170 litres per minute at a 3m head and handle a maximum differential pressure of 1.4 bar.
Designed for easy maintenance, the unit allows for clean-in-place or simple strip-to-clean procedures and includes a long-life mechanical shaft seal. It is ideal for use in the food, dairy, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and beverage industries. The pump is suitable for various tasks including transfer, filling, emptying, recirculating/mixing, injection, and sampling. It can handle both soft and hard solids and viscosities up to 150cP. Additionally, it is self-priming up to 5.5m and supports IDF, SMS, DIN, 3A, and clamp port types.
