The Jabsco 28420-4115 'Pureflo' pump head kit is engineered to meet the IEC 71 standard D90 frame motor specifications. Featuring AISI 316 stainless steel wetted parts and a neoprene impeller, this pump is designed for durability and hygienic performance. It includes 1 1/2" RJT (BS1864) connections and measures approximately 167mm in length and 140mm in width. With a flow output of up to 170 litres per minute at a 3m head and 1500rpm, it can handle a maximum differential pressure of 1.4 bar.

Ideal for clean-in-place or easy strip-to-clean operations, this pump includes a long-life mechanical shaft seal. It is extensively used in the Food, Dairy, Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical, and Beverage industries for tasks such as transfer, filling, emptying, recirculating, mixing, injection, and sampling. The pump is capable of handling both soft and hard solids and can manage viscosities up to 50,000 cP. It offers self-priming capability up to 5.5m and is available with IDF, SMS, DIN, 3A, and clamp port types. Additionally, other impeller compounds can be supplied upon request.
