Jabsco 28400-4115 - 1 1/2" P200 'Pureflo' Hygienic Self-Priming Flexible Impeller Pedestal Pump
The Jabsco 28400-4115 is a robust and versatile pump designed for hygienic applications. Featuring AISI 316 stainless steel wetted parts and a neoprene impeller, this pump is engineered for durability and reliability in demanding environments.
It includes 1 1/2" RJT (BS1864) ports and measures approximately 270mm in length, 135mm in width, and 190mm in height. The pump can deliver up to 170 litres per minute at a 3m head and 1500rpm, with a maximum differential pressure of 3.5 bar. It is designed for clean-in-place or easy strip-to-clean maintenance, and it includes a long-life mechanical shaft seal for extended service.
This pump is widely used across various industries, including Food, Dairy, Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical, and Beverage sectors. It is suitable for a range of tasks such as Transfer, Filling & Emptying, Recirculating/Mixing, Injection, or Sampling. The pump is capable of handling both soft and hard solids, and viscosities up to 50,000 cP. It is self-priming up to 5.5 meters, and available with IDF, SMS, DIN, 3A, and clamp port types. Other impeller compounds are also offered to meet specific needs.
