The Jabsco 28300-4105 is a high-performance hygienic pump designed for various applications in the food, dairy, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and beverage industries. Its robust construction features AISI 316 stainless steel wetted parts and a neoprene impeller, ensuring durability and reliability.
With 1" RJT (BS1864) ports, this pump measures approximately 223mm in length, 110mm in width, and 160mm in height. It delivers an impressive output of up to 72 litres per minute at a 3m head when operating at 1500rpm, with a maximum differential pressure of 3.5 bar.
The Jabsco 28300-4105 is designed for clean-in-place operations or can be easily stripped down for cleaning. It features a long-life mechanical shaft seal, making it suitable for a variety of tasks including transfer, filling, emptying, recirculating/mixing, injection, or sampling. This pump can handle both soft and hard solids and is capable of managing viscosities up to 50,000 cP.
Self-priming up to 5m, it offers versatility with available port types including IDF, SMS, DIN, 3A, and clamp. Additionally, other impeller compounds can be provided upon request.
