The Jabsco 28220-4122 is a high-performance pump head kit designed for various hygienic applications. Engineered to fit IEC 71 standard D80 frame motors, this pump features AISI 316 stainless steel wetted parts and a food-grade EPDM impeller, ensuring safety and reliability in sensitive environments.

Connections include 1" RJT (BS1864) ports, with dimensions of approximately 115mm in length and 120mm in width. The pump can deliver an output of up to 33 litres per minute at a 3m head, with a maximum differential pressure of 1.7 bar. It is designed for clean-in-place or easy strip-to-clean maintenance, featuring a long-life mechanical shaft seal.

This versatile pump is widely utilized in the Food, Dairy, Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical, and Beverage industries, making it suitable for transfer, filling, emptying, recirculating/mixing, injection, or sampling duties. It can handle both soft and hard solids and manage viscosities up to 50,000 cP. The self-priming capability extends up to 4.5m, and various port types such as IDF, SMS, DIN, 3A, and clamp are available. Other impeller compounds can also be provided upon request.
