Jabsco 28220-4105H - 1" P40 'Pureflo' Hygienic Self-Priming Flexible Impeller Motor Pump Unit
The Jabsco 28220-4105H is a versatile and reliable pump designed for hygienic applications across various industries. It is equipped with a robust 400v/3 phase/50Hz 1440rpm IP55 electric motor and features AISI 316 stainless steel wetted parts coupled with a neoprene impeller for superior performance.
This pump includes 1" RJT (BS1864) ports and measures approximately 378mm in length, 220mm in width, and 180mm in height. With a motor power of 0.55kW, it delivers an output of up to 33 litres per minute at a 3m head and can handle a maximum differential pressure of 1.7 bar. It supports clean-in-place procedures or can be easily stripped for cleaning.
The unit is known for its long-life mechanical shaft seal and is widely used in food, dairy, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and beverage industries. It is suitable for various duties including transfer, filling, emptying, recirculating/mixing, injection, or sampling. The pump can manage both soft and hard solids and handle viscosities up to 150cP. It is self-priming up to 4.5m and offers flexibility with IDF, SMS, DIN, 3A, and clamp port types.
