Jabsco 28220-4105 - 1" P40 'Pureflo' Hygienic Self-Priming Flexible Impeller Pump Head Kit
The Jabsco 28220-4105 is a top-quality self-priming flexible impeller pump head kit designed for hygienic applications. It is engineered to fit IEC 71 standard D80 frame motors and is built with AISI 316 stainless steel wetted parts and a neoprene impeller. This pump is ideal for various industries including Food, Dairy, Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical, and Beverage, providing efficient and reliable performance in transfer, filling, emptying, recirculating, mixing, injection, or sampling duties.
It features 1" RJT (BS1864) ports and measures approximately 115mm in length and 120mm in width. The pump can deliver up to 33 litres per minute at a 3m head and 1500rpm, with a maximum differential pressure of 1.7 bar. Its design allows for clean-in-place or easy strip-to-clean maintenance, and it is equipped with a long-life mechanical shaft seal. The pump can handle both soft and hard solids, as well as viscosities up to 50,000 cP, and is self-priming up to 4.5 meters.
