Discover the Jabsco 28200-4105, a high-performance 1" P40 'Pureflo' Hygienic Self-Priming Flexible Impeller Pedestal Pump designed for demanding applications across various industries.
The Jabsco 28200-4105 features wetted parts made of AISI 316 stainless steel and a neoprene impeller, ensuring durability and reliability. It includes 1" RJT (BS1864) ports for connections. The pump dimensions are approximately 176mm in length, 89mm in width, and 147mm in height. It offers an output of up to 33 litres per minute at a 3m head and 1500rpm, with a maximum differential pressure of 3.5bar.
Designed for easy maintenance, it supports clean-in-place or straightforward strip-to-clean procedures. The pump is equipped with a long-life mechanical shaft seal and is extensively used in the Food, Dairy, Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical, and Beverage industries. It is suitable for transfer, filling, emptying, recirculating/mixing, injection, or sampling tasks. The pump can handle both soft and hard solids and supports viscosities up to 50,000 cP. It is self-priming up to 4.5m.
Available in IDF, SMS, DIN, 3A, and clamp port types, and other impeller compounds are also offered. For motorized options, please get in touch with us. The actual weight of the pump is 2.92 kg, approximately 3.42 kg when packed.
