Jabsco 22870-2001C - 1" B80 'Bronze' Flexible Impeller Motor Pump Unit
The Jabsco 22870-2001C is a robust and efficient pump designed for various applications, particularly in marine environments. This unit is equipped with a powerful 230v/1 phase/50Hz electric motor that operates at 1390rpm, ensuring reliable performance.
Constructed with durable bronze and AISI 316 stainless steel wetted parts, this pump features a neoprene impeller and nitrile seal trim, making it suitable for seawater use. It has 1" BSP ports for easy connections and measures approximately 391mm in length, 230mm in width, and 180mm in height.
With a motor power of 0.55 kW, the pump can deliver an output of up to 80 litres per minute at a 3m head when operating at 1500rpm. The carbon/ceramic mechanical seal and neoprene impeller ensure efficient operation, while the self-priming capability allows it to draw water from a dry state up to 5m.
Designed to provide a non-pulsating flow, the gentle action of this pump prevents damage to shear-sensitive products. It can handle liquid temperatures ranging from 4ºC to 82ºC, making it versatile for various applications. Motorised units are available in 110v, 230v, or 400v configurations.
Packaged dimensions are 40.00cm in length, 20.00cm in height, and 25.00cm in width, with an actual weight of 13.60 kg (approximately 14.60 kg when packed).
