This compact, unitized seal boasts a bi-directional, single spring design and an elastomer bellows that ensures flexibility and adaptability to shaft movement and wear.
Its factory-assembled, one-piece construction allows for quick and easy installation and replacement. The nitrile elastomer bellows are engineered with a full convolution to handle shaft movement effectively, while the positive drive arrangement with a dent and groove design controls torsional stress on the bellows. The precision surface finish enhances the seal’s service life and reliability. Additionally, the nitrile elastomer drive ring provides a secure grip on the shaft, ensuring positive sealing and drive without the need for set screws or drive pins.
