The Jabsco 18220-1123 is an advanced Ballast Puppy pump system designed for efficient water ballasting in wakeboard and ski boats. This unit is engineered for high performance and durability, making it a top choice among boaters.
The Jabsco 18220-1123 features a flexible impeller pump with a Nitrile Impeller and Lip Type seal. It includes ports for 1/2 Inch NPT and 1 Inch External Hose Barb, coupled with a 12 Volt DC Motor. This pump is now listed under Jabsco Pumps catalog number 18220-1127 due to a manufacturer update. The Ballast Puppy is capable of filling a standard 40-gallon ballast tank in under 5 minutes.
With its reversible design, this pump can efficiently fill and empty ballast tanks. Its self-priming feature prevents air locking, and the exclusive Run-Dry Protection ensures the pump shuts off before the impeller is damaged.
