Valolin alignment is a difficult moment when installing the engine, and even a very small error can lead to unwanted vibration, noise and rapid wear of equipment.
Such a product as Vetus Drive (VDR) imposes less stringent requirements on the permissible vibration of the engine, thanks to the combination of such structural elements as a hinge of equal angular speeds and a thrust bearing. Older Vetus VDR models (type 6) are capable of transmitting a stop of up to 24,000 N. These Vetus products are very high quality. They were tested under severe operating conditions.
With this design, the screw stop is transmitted through the built-in thrust bearing, allowing the use of softer supports for the engine. This reduces the vibration and noise produced by the motor.
Vetus Drive products can be paired with any type of gearbox.

The following two digits are the shaft diameter, the last digit is the flange diameter in inches. To select a suitable WBS, look for an equal or the nearest larger value in the table for our maximum number of revolutions and the corresponding equal or the nearest larger power.
