TIO HD Damper 3"
The TIO HD Damper 3" is designed to reduce noise in a wide range of applications. It is ideal for use in:
- Exhaust pipes of diesel engines
- Superchargers
- Vacuum installations
- Air/gas exhaust systems
This damper operates based on an absorption system. The gas flow passes through a perforated tube, surrounded by high-efficiency sound-absorbing material, providing excellent noise attenuation across a wide frequency range. It is a standard attenuator used primarily to reduce high-frequency tones.
For optimal performance, the damper should be installed as far as possible within the exhaust system. Please note that the mounting kit, which includes 2 counter flanges, 2 gaskets, 4 bolts, and 4 nuts, must be ordered separately.
