Centaur chargers are built to meet the requirements of both CE for Europe and UL for the United States. They feature automatic selection of input voltage (90-265VAC, 50/60Hz), making them suitable for use worldwide. This versatility is a significant advantage for yacht and boat developers.

The charger's robust aluminum case with epoxy powder coating can withstand harsh operating conditions, including heat, humidity, and salt air. Printed circuit boards are protected with acrylic coating for maximum corrosion resistance. Temperature sensors ensure that the power elements always operate within specified limits, and in extreme environmental conditions, the output current is automatically reduced.

The internal temperature sensor adjusts the charge voltage accordingly. DIP switches allow you to select the optimal charging voltage for lead-acid, GEL, or AGM batteries.
