The Argodiode 80-2ac diode isolator is designed to efficiently manage the charging of two batteries from a single alternator while preventing their direct connection. This technology ensures that discharging an accessory battery does not impact the starter battery, enhancing the longevity and reliability of both batteries.
- Allows simultaneous charging of two batteries without connecting them directly.
- Low voltage drop: approximately 0.3 V at low current and 0.45 V at rated output.
- Equipped with a compensation diode to increase alternator output voltage.

- Some alternators require DC voltage on the B+ output to initiate charging.
