The W/A intercooler system ensures perfect functioning of the generator regardless of the external ambient temperature, optimizing the performance and reliability of the gen-set.

Engine: Easy access for maintenance of power and lubrication systems, sea water pump, and air filter. Safety stop in case of low oil pressure. Safety stop against overtemperature of the engine and exhaust gas. Easy-to-replace oil and fuel filter. Oil drain pump provided.

Alternator: Permanent-magnet type.

Soundproof Cabinet: Frame made of lightweight coated marine aluminum panels featuring innovative design and extremely high weatherproof properties. Very good access to the inside housing for easier maintenance operations even in confined places.

Cooling System: The cooling of the engine is based on a coolant closed circuit controlled by a seawater/coolant heat exchanger. Air inside the alternator is cooled by a seawater/air heat exchanger. This system makes cooling of the alternator more effective and achieves optimal temperature for the best performance and reliability of the generating set despite the room temperature of the onboard housing.
