The Racing Facnor Flatdeck Furler System FD310 is a complete furling kit designed for ease of use and high performance. The system includes a drum with internal turnbuckle and rotating tack fittings, as well as a furling line stainless steel guide that orients 360° around the drum. The sealed mechanism ensures long-lasting, reliable performance even in harsh marine conditions. This makes the FD310 an excellent choice for yachts that require smooth furling and reefing from the cockpit.

Included in the kit is a rope/webbing set, which features 1 articulated and 3 single fairleads, as well as extra short link plates (77mm long) with a bottom forestay pin. The system also comes with a swivel ref C34 that includes a sealed mechanism, anodized twin groove foil sections (ref R34), and high torque resistance connectors for robust durability and strength.

The FD310 kit also includes Torx screws for foil connections, a telescopic section, a set of bushings, a sail feeder, a top cap, and a deflector wheel to prevent halyard wrap. Optional kits are available, which include various drum link plates in sizes of 100mm, 200mm, and 250mm to further customize the system to suit your yacht’s specific needs.

Furling and reefing with the FD310 system is straightforward and can be done easily from the cockpit. The system allows for partial reefing or complete furling of the sail, providing flexibility depending on the weather conditions. The innovative FlatDeck system features webbing designed to prevent overriding and delivers improved torque, ensuring smooth operation even under high loads.
