Kohlhoff Loop® Single-Shot Block Mounted
The Kohlhoff Loop® Blocks are compact, lightweight, and multi-purpose snatch blocks designed to minimize damage to the deck, hull, or superstructure with a secure loop fastening system. Available in three sizes—45 mm, 60 mm, and 80 mm—these blocks are engineered for a variety of sailing and marine applications, ensuring durability and ease of use.
The standard short loop minimizes contact and damage to surfaces, while longer loops are available for a greater range of use and to allow the block to swivel freely. Despite being under full load, the loops remain easy to unfasten, making the blocks user-friendly and convenient for frequent adjustments.
Bearing Options
Kohlhoff Loop® Blocks come with the option of plain bearings or ball bearings. The ball bearing blocks feature a two-stage bearing system: at lower loads, the ball bearing reduces friction, while at higher loads, the plain bearing system engages for a more robust performance.
Loop Features
The loops of Kohlhoff Loop® Blocks are covered with extra Dyneema® material, enhancing abrasion resistance and ensuring a smooth surface that reduces wear and tear. The loops are designed to be terminated with either a diamond knot or a pin, providing further flexibility in securing the block to your system.
