Loop Products High Load Shackles

These shackles are the evolution of our original Loop Shackles, now made with Gottifredi Maffioli's Ultra Wire, offering over 70% more strength compared to the original shackles while maintaining the same weight.

Gottifredi Maffioli's Ultra Wire is a long-angle braided construction treated with an exclusive HTR treatment, which includes pre-stretching and heatsetting. This unique construction makes our Loop High Load Shackles incredibly lightweight, yet they boast exceptional break strengths and minimal elongation.

Similar to the original shackles, the High Load Version is designed to prevent any damage to the deck, hull, superstructure, or rig. Moreover, these shackles have the added benefit of not sinking immediately when dropped overboard.

Thanks to their flexibility, the Kohlhoff Loop High Load Shackles can be utilized in various locations, including those that are difficult to access.
