The Kohlhoff Loop Products High Load Shackles are an advanced version of our original Loop Shackles, now crafted using Gottifredi Maffioli's Ultra Wire. This innovative material provides over 70% greater strength compared to the original version while maintaining the same lightweight design.
Gottifredi Maffioli's Ultra Wire is a long-angle braided construction, treated with an exclusive HTR (High Tenacity Rope) process, which includes pre-stretching and heat-setting. This unique construction makes the High Load Shackles incredibly lightweight while delivering exceptional break strengths and minimal elongation.
Designed with durability in mind, these shackles protect your deck, hull, superstructure, and rig from damage. An additional feature is that they will not sink immediately when dropped overboard, making them easy to retrieve.
