Harken HK2660 Single Carbo Air Block 75 mm for Rope 14 mm

The Carbo AirBlock is a lightweight and robust block designed by Harken. It is 60% stronger and 30% lighter compared to the classic Harken block.

This block features nylon-resin sideplates that are densely packed with long-glass fibers, resulting in a compact block with an excellent strength-to-weight ratio.

The sheaves in the Carbo AirBlock spin smoothly on high-load ball bearings with fitted races, ensuring low-friction operation. Additionally, the ball bearings, sheave, and sideplates are UV stabilized with a black additive for maximum protection.

With a safe working load of 1200lbs (500kg), the 75mm Carbo AirBlock is ideal for mainsheet systems on sport boats such as the Melges 24, J/105, and Henderson 30. It can easily release under load and offers the versatility of locking in two directions or swiveling.
