Introducing the Harken HK2642 Double Fixed Carbo Air Block, a high-performance 40 mm block designed for ropes up to 10 mm. Carbo AirBlocks are known for their enhanced strength and lighter weight, offering 60% greater strength and 30% less weight compared to classic blocks.

This block is perfect for jib and mainsheet systems on high-performance dinghies, as well as control lines on small keelboats. It’s constructed with nylon-resin sideplates, which are densely packed with long-glass fibers, providing a compact yet robust block with an impressive strength-to-weight ratio.

The sheaves are equipped with high-load ball bearings and fitted races, ensuring smooth, low-friction operation. Furthermore, the ball bearings, sheaves, and sideplates are UV-stabilized with a black additive, offering maximum protection against harsh sun, salt, and time.
