The Harken 40mm 2162 Carbo T2 Soft-Atach Traveller Block is equipped with composite sheaves that spin freely on Delrin ball bearings, featuring curved bearing races.

With no metal shackles or rivets, this block stands as the lightest soft-attach pulley ever designed by Harken.

It can be lashed, spliced, or lashed through the load bearing center, reducing the loads on the sideplates and serving as a safety back-up for the system.

Perfect for use on traveler controls, mainsheets, vangs, cascades, bridles, and other systems requiring small lightweight blocks, a length of Spectra line is included.

Carbo T2 Soft-Attach Blocks

Made of a tough reinforced composite, the Carbo T2 Soft-Attach Blocks, also known as pulleys, are smooth-running and powerful performers, facilitating trimming regardless of wind power.

They are ideal for main, jib, and spinnaker sheets on dinghies and sportboats, as well as control lines on boats of all sizes.

Constructed with high-strength, lightweight fiber-reinforced composite materials, the open air blocks are designed to eliminate unnecessary material to reduce weight while being UV-stabilized (ball bearing, sheave, and sideplates) to withstand sun, salt, and time.

The free-running ball bearings roll on curved races, dispersing the load for a higher strength block offering low friction efficiency for fast trim and release.

The ball bearings of the T2 Carbo Air Blocks range are made of a Delrin UV-stabilized acetal resin, while the sideplates and sheave are made of a carbo composite material.
