This unique pre-stretched and heat-set rope is composed of a 12-strand polyester core and a 24-strand polyester cover. Both parts of the rope are pre-stretched in an oven, resulting in minimal stretch while maintaining excellent flexibility. It is easy to splice and will not fall apart during the process. Constructed from high-quality, high-tenacity polyester fibers, this rope is extremely durable and colorfast. The cover offers excellent holding power in Spinlock clutches and provides a secure grip. Ideal for the demanding sailor as a halyard or sheet.
