This unique pre-stretched and heat-set rope features a 12-strand polyester core and a 24-strand polyester cover. Both the core and cover are pre-stretched in an oven, ensuring minimal stretch while remaining very flexible. The rope is easy to splice and will not unravel during the process. Made from high-quality, high-tenacity polyester fibers, it is extremely wear-resistant and colorfast. The cover provides excellent holding power in Spinlock clutches and offers a good grip in the hand. Perfect for the demanding sailor as a halyard or sheet.
