The Barton Marine Ball Bearing Mainsheet System offers an affordable yet high-performance solution for selecting the perfect traveller and genoa car system for your boat. Ideal for both cruising and racing yachts, this low-friction system combines quality, durability, and versatility for sailors of all kinds.

Constructed with top-quality marine-grade aluminium components, the system features extruded parts for the travellers, end fittings, and track, all finished in our unique 'Spectro' grey anodised finish for enhanced protection and longevity.

The Barton Marine Ball Bearing Mainsheet System features a recirculating precision-ground Delrin ball system that reduces friction and ensures smooth operation. Available in three sizes for yachts up to 14m (46ft) LOA, the system includes three track options, allowing you to tailor it to your boat’s specific requirements.

You can choose to construct your own system from modular components or select one of our pre-packaged complete systems for convenience and ease. For travellers, the system offers both single and double take-off travellers, with shackle or toggle take-off options to suit various needs.

The system supports multiple control line purchase ratios, including 2:1, 3:1, and 4:1, providing flexibility and ease of use. Cleating can be done on the end fitting or car, with the option to choose a Kevlar 'K' cam with either 70° or 90° angled cleating. There is also a Torlon ball option available, along with towable genoa cars for enhanced versatility.
