Barton Marine Ball Bearing Mainsheet System

A unique way to select the best traveller and genoa car system for your boat and personal requirements. This system offers low friction, realistic pricing, and is suitable for both cruising and racing yachts.

Our top-quality marine grade aluminium components are extruded for the travellers, end fittings, and track, all finished in our unique 'Spectro' grey anodised finish.

The system features a recirculating precision ground delrin ball system. It is available in three sizes for yachts up to 14m LOA (46ft) with three track options.

You can construct your own system from modular components, or choose one of our pre-packaged complete systems.

For the travellers, you have the option of single or double take-off travellers, with shackle or toggle take-off. The system also supports multiple control line purchase ratios (2:1, 3:1, 4:1).

Cleating can be done on the end fitting or car, and you can choose the Kevlar 'K' cam with 70° or 90° angled cleating options. Additionally, there is a Torlon ball option available and towable genoa cars.
