This model incorporates a single sheave and ball bearing design in hard black anodized aluminum with four ball bearing circuits (2 Torlon lower, 2 Delrin upper). The car maintains track stability even under bearing overload failure. Side windows allow for easy ball bearing maintenance and replacement. The car, track, and components use high strength alloy extrusion with hard black anodizing, and steel parts use AISI 316.
