This traveler car features a simple yet robust design, constructed from hard black anodized aluminum with four ball bearing circuits—two Torlon balls on the lower side and two Delrin balls on the upper side. It ensures reliable operation by staying on track even if ball bearings fail under overload conditions. The side windows provide easy access for maintenance, cleaning, or replacement of ball bearings. The car, track, and components are made from high strength alloy and black anodized, while steel parts are made of AISI 316.
