Flojet G55G012A - Air Driven Diaphragm Bag-in-Box Pump
The Flojet G55G012A is a high-performance air-driven diaphragm pump specifically designed for dispensing a range of liquids including syrups, juice concentrates, teas, wines, and liquors. This pump features a Santoprene diaphragm and EPDM valves, both of which ensure a durable and reliable operation suitable for food-grade applications compliant with EU Food Grade standards (EC 1935/2004).
The pump is equipped with a variety of connections for optimal flexibility: a 9.52mm (3/8") straight hose barb inlet, a 6.35mm (1/4") straight hose barb outlet for the product side, and a 6.35mm (1/4") hose connection for the air side. Its compact design measures 134mm in length, 82mm in width, and 116mm in height, allowing it to fit into various setups with ease. The pump delivers an output of up to 207 ml/sec (7.0 oz/sec).
Built with a corrosion-resistant sanitary design, the Flojet G55G012A is self-priming up to 3 meters and features a built-in auto shutoff mechanism that automatically stops the pump when the bag is empty and restarts it when a new full bag is connected. It operates at a maximum air pressure of 6.2 bar (90 psi). The pump is packaged with dimensions of 4.00 x 7.50 x 9.00 cm and weighs approximately 0.68 kg (0.93 kg packed).
