The Silversteer steering pump is specially designed for high-power vessels with 350 hp hinged motors in a single version and 600 hp in a twin version. The system withstands more pressure than standard hydraulic steering systems, the safety valves of the pump are installed at 105 atmospheres instead of the standard 70. The rapid response of the control pump to such a high pressure is guaranteed by the presence of a check valve.

The Silversteer control system consists of a piston pump with 45-degree RVS connections, two flexible high-pressure hydraulic hoses with RVS connections (expanding less than standard hoses at high pressure) and a steering cylinder UC128‐SVS with adjustable connectors.

The cylinder UC128‐SVS has the same effect on both sides of the vessel. Rotating connectors facilitate installation, and the reinforced RVS fastening bolt securely fixes the position. The cylinder is offered in 3 versions depending on the type of motor (see table of cylinders UC128).

When installing two cylinders in tandem, use the port cylinder together with the starboard Silversteer cylinder. Two cylinder options are also offered here.
