Know when it's time to change the element inside your Separ filter with the Vacuum Gauge Kit 10mm. If your engine is experiencing a limited rev range, it could indicate that the filter is becoming full. However, for a more efficient method of monitoring, use a vacuum gauge kit. Specifically designed for Separ duplex range filters, these kits monitor the output port of the device. When the vacuum level reaches a high point, users can easily switch to the clean side of the duplex, allowing the dirty side to be serviced. The vacuum gauge, located on the filter output, continuously monitors the active filter. Equipped with two needles, one adjustable and the other providing live readings, users can set the adjustable needle to the clean restriction value upon initial use of the filter. Subsequently, the live reading needle gradually increases from that point. This gradual increase allows for a true differential reading by comparing the positions of the two needles.
