SMART-LINK Flexible Coupling
The SMART-LINK Flexible Coupling (Stable Movement, Axial, Radial, Torsional) is a newly developed coupling system that combines rubber link elements with synthetic cord inlays. Its design allows for high displacements and low stiffness, making it highly effective in soft-mounted flexible systems.
This coupling is primarily designed for marine propulsion systems but is also suitable for other applications such as waterjets, thrusters, alternators, electric motors, and pumps. The SMART-LINK coupling features a single and double row torque-link design that offers optimal torque capacity with the smallest possible outside diameter. The coupling's smart design minimizes built-in length while maximizing flexibility.

ERD Marine Couplings
The ERD Marine Couplings are based on pre-compressed rubber blocks that provide exceptional flexibility and vibration damping. The standard material is natural rubber (55˚-60˚Sh.A hardness), though alternative mixes and neoprene blocks are available for additional damping. The blocks can accommodate movement in all directions, making them ideal for flexible mounted propulsion engines.
