The FiProTex® Single Pipe Penetration is a specialized fireproof sealing system designed to ensure safe passage of exhaust pipe constructions through decks, while preventing the transmission of vibration, noise, and heat to the surrounding ship structure. Developed with the highest quality fabrics and insulation materials, it guarantees optimal performance and maximum safety for both ships and offshore installations.

Manufactured from a special glass fibre cloth with an aluminium coating, the FiProTex® single pipe penetration seals are designed for durability and high performance. Depending on the insulation requirements, a layer of mineral wool is added for enhanced heat protection.

These seals can be supplied in either a split or non-split version, depending on the installation method. The seals are mounted to the deck on one side using a flange or sleeve-on construction, while the counter side attaches to the pipe passing through the deck, ensuring a secure and efficient installation.
