The PSS 02-32M-234 is a high-performance dripless shaft seal designed to ensure a watertight seal between the shaft and stern tube. This advanced mechanical face seal provides reliable protection against leaks, maintaining consistent contact between the rotating stainless-steel rotor and the stationary carbon flange, even in challenging conditions.

- Sealing Surface: Rotating stainless-steel rotor and stationary carbon flange
- Attachment: Carbon flange attached to the bellows with hose clamps; bellows secured over the stern tube with hose clamps
- Compression: Stainless-steel rotor compresses the bellows to ensure constant contact between rotor and carbon flange
- Compensation: Accommodates fore and aft movement due to propeller thrust; over-bored carbon flange allows for shaft misalignment and vibration absorption
