The PSS 02-32M-134 Dripless Shaft Seal is designed for optimal sealing in marine applications. This innovative product features a mechanical face seal that ensures a reliable barrier against water ingress, enhancing the durability and performance of your vessel.

Constructed with a rotating stainless-steel rotor and a stationary carbon flange, the seal creates a robust sealing surface. The carbon flange is securely attached to the bellows, which fits snugly over the stern tube. Hose clamps provide additional security, ensuring the integrity of the assembly. The rotor compresses the bellows and is fastened to the shaft with set screws, maintaining constant contact between the rotor and flange. This design allows the PSS seal to adapt to the dynamic movements of the propeller while effectively mitigating misalignment and vibration issues.

The seal features two O-rings that ensure a tight fit between the rotor and the shaft, rotating without experiencing wear during operation. This reliable design guarantees a long service life under varying conditions.
