The PSS 02-200-300 Dripless Shaft Seal is designed for reliable performance in marine applications. It features a sophisticated mechanical face seal that ensures a tight seal in demanding conditions.

This shaft seal employs a stainless-steel rotor that rotates against a stationary carbon flange, creating a robust sealing surface. The carbon flange is securely attached to the bellows, which fits over the stern tube. This design allows for effective compensation for any misalignment or vibration, enhancing durability and performance. The stainless-steel rotor is pre-loaded to maintain constant contact with the carbon flange, accommodating propeller thrust with ease. Additionally, the rotor is sealed to the shaft using O-rings that rotate with it, preventing wear over time.
