The 5020 is a larger model of the 5019. However, it has a much higher downforce, and therefore fits into the environment of difficult conditions. Replaceable gaskets can be installed between brake pads to adapt to different disc thicknesses. Membrane-type fluid is used. Maximum pressure 100 psi (6.9 bar). The braking force is directly proportional to the fluid pressure in the actuator. Two pipe connections are provided on the drive. These pipe ports are common within the structure, and therefore, in most cases, only one inlet for connection is quite enough. All are made of bronze and stainless steel, which will ensure years of uninterrupted service. Kobelt developed an entire series of brake discs to go with this in the kit, due to its popularity.
