The steering cylinder 7030 is for attachment to a tilt tube which is provided with 7/8 "NF threads. The cylinder stem passes through the tilt tube and is screwed into the 7/8 "thread NF, then the mounting screws are inserted in the locked position to prevent its rotation. This will provide permanent communication with the outboard motor. The cylinder is made entirely of bronze and stainless steel with a solid chrome piston rod, this will ensure long years of uninterrupted service.
