This powerful drive was specially designed for heavy processes. It has some unique features not found in other Kobelt drives. First of all, the model includes manual control. Secondly, it has an electro-mechanical clutch device. The most important part is that the device has a very resilient shaft with a drive. This means that if the input shaft (from the side of the engine with the drive) is ahead of the output, the engine will stop and wait until the stroke is equal. The potentiometer is also included in the components of the device to give feedback to such things as: field indicators, throttles, gearboxes, etc. All castings and fittings are made of bronze and stainless steel.
