Kobelt 3903 Quick Release Valve 1/4" NPT - Pneumatic Air Exhaust Valve
The Kobelt 3903 Quick Release Valve is an essential component in pneumatic systems, designed for rapid air exhaust from lines, actuators, and accumulators. This valve allows air to be vented directly through large orifices, bypassing the need to flow back through control valves. This ensures that air is quickly expelled, improving system efficiency and reducing delays in operation.
Built with durable bronze and stainless steel materials, the Kobelt 3903 Quick Release Valve is designed to withstand harsh environments and continuous use. It operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +90°C, and supports a maximum operating pressure of 200 psi (13.8 bar). With a ¼” NPT pipe port for both input and output, and a 3/8” NPT exhaust port, this valve also comes in a ½” NPT version (Kobelt 3905). A repair kit 3903-RK is available for seal replacements, ensuring longevity and reliable performance.
