Kobelt 3803 - Mechanically Actuated Four-Way Block Mount Valve
The Kobelt 3803 is a robust mechanically actuated four-way block mount valve, designed to provide efficient directional control in pneumatic systems. This poppet-type valve features two normally closed three-way valves with a common supply port, ensuring precise air flow direction. The valve is mounted onto a sub-plate and operated by the movement of a spool stem, which opens the selected three-way valve, directing the air supply to the desired output.
Constructed with durable die-cast silicon bronze and stainless steel hardware, the Kobelt 3803 is built to withstand demanding environments. It has a maximum supply pressure of 250 PSI (17.2 bar) and operates efficiently within a temperature range of -40ºC to +90ºC. This valve is primarily used in Kobelt's dual function control heads 2544 and 2545, but it is versatile enough to be used in any application requiring a mechanically actuated four-way directional control valve. A repair kit 3803-RK is also available for maintenance.
