The control unit consists of three control valves. In the standard model, a long handle (pitch) drives two control valves. With the handle in the center position, both are at the lowest pressure settings. Movement of the handle in either direction provides accurate pressure control for the selected position. The short handle (throttle) drives one control valve and can only move in one direction.
