The CENTAFLEX-KF is a cost-efficient, lightweight, and torsionally stiff one-piece coupling designed for diesel hydraulic drives with splined input shafts. It excels in applications requiring compensation for radial misalignments of up to 0.7 mm.
With temperature resistance up to a short-termed maximum of 120°C (250°F), the CENTAFLEX-KF addresses temperature challenges in sealed machinery. Featuring high torsional stiffness for subcritical speed operation, its axially short build is advantageous for flywheel connections. Easy adaptations for various flywheel and splined hub connections ensure drive flexibility.
The CENTAFLEX-KF includes a laser-machined adapter plate for flywheel connections, a secondary flange of reinforced plastic, and a thin, vulcanized layer of temperature-resistant elastomer. The easy-to-assemble blind mount design keeps assembly costs low, providing a reliable and adaptable solution for your drive.
