This electric automatic rice cooker with a capacity of 3-22.5 kg (depending on the model) is a powerful and fully functional stove designed and built for commercial use. The plate has an outer surface made of stainless steel, completely insulated by glass fiber with a thickness of 25 mm. The interior is made of aluminum steel. The door is insulated with glass fiber with a thickness of 25 mm and is equipped with a heat-resistant handle. The cooker is equipped with a thermistor, which uses the steam capture method to determine the set temperature coming from the pan, and automatically turns the heater instantly. The cooking regulator provides fine tuning of cooking conditions to produce rice of the desired quality. Models can be selected: single-section SFRC-54F, two-section SFRC-108F and three-section SFRC-167F. V/Ph/Hz: 440/3/60.
