The temperature inside the display is controlled in the range from + 6 ° C to + 15 ° C, the temperature inside the cabinet is + 4 ° C - + 12 ° C. The digital thermostat and fan air circulation system provide uniform temperature inside the entire cabinet. The air cooling of the display cases can be turned off using the handle, while the refrigerator cabinet and the refrigerator bath continue to work. The shelves and the refrigerating bath of the display case are capable of accommodating gastro-containers of GN1/1 size, as well as a lower refrigeration cabinet with a lattice shelf.
