Loipart XBE/XBM planetary mixers are an integral part of galleys on large Marines. The models serve to make fresh ingredients such as dough base, creams, mousses, various sauces or blends. The line includes models with different capacities of duty and 3 main nozzles - a spiral hook, a blade and a whisk for performing the main functions - kneading dough, mixing and emulsification. A non-toxic polyurethane body, all unpainted surfaces are made of stainless steel or corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy. A wide range of models from 10 to 30 liters are possible.
