Heavy Duty Construction
Equipment to divide dough for bread into 37 hexagonal pieces. The pieces of dough can be used for puffed bread, or they can be rounded or rolled.
Structure: Stove enamelled sheet. Bowl, knives, and lid plate are made of stainless steel. Pressure rollers are in resin suitable for food.
Manual Version: Movements are produced by leverisms.
Automatic Version: Movements are produced by oil pressure control.
Pressing time can be regulated. There is a push button for cleaning the knives.
Wheels kit available upon request at an extra cost (Part Number: 11-184200-00).
