The Baratta RBI11-6L1 Marine Electric Griddle is exclusively designed for marine use with an extremely robust construction and an IP44 protection rating. It features temperature control via a Delta Star switch with adjustable settings from 50% to 100%, and a 600x610 mm plate with two independent controls. The griddle offers quick and easy maintenance, is easy to clean, and is demountable for onboard installation. It is made from AISI 304 stainless steel, including the top, oven, external covering, and feet. The griddle includes an underneath shelf with a tubular anti-rolling bar, swing doors with spring lockers, and a compact design. Special cables for high-temperature plates are provided, and the top is 2 mm thick, entirely welded in AISI 304 stainless steel. The plate heating element is removable.
